The principle of operation of the nut cracker is very simple: adjust the device to the size of the nuts, start the engine and pour in the nut. As the shaft rotates, the nut cover cracks, creating a groove that grabs the nut and presses it against a metal guide in the mechanism. As the shaft rotates, the nut breaks off and falls into the container. The grooves on the nut cracking shaft are cut in such a way that the nuts are carefully torn from the shell without touching the kernel.
