Nut cracker GRK - 50

If you need to crack nuts quickly, but you can't afford to buy an industrial nutcracker, then the GRK 50 is the right choice. The main features of this device are simple design and ease of use, quick adjustment and the fact that it can be installed in different containers in any room. As a drive, an electric drill or a screwdriver with adjustable rotation frequency is suitable, since the speed of 20-50 rpm is optimal. The design also makes it possible to connect an electric motor with a gearbox as a drive.

After adjusting the clearance with the help of the lamb bolt on the nut driver's body, the drive can be turned on to fill the hopper with nuts, preferably graduated in size.

Correct adjustment of the gap between the shaft and the wall affects the efficiency of work and the quality of the output product, which is about 60% of the total volume of the butterfly.

The nutcracker can process both hazelnuts and walnuts with a productivity of about 50 kg/h.
