Mini oil production line MPO-50

The mini-line for the production of oil complex is designed for the production of pressing and purification of vegetable oil from oil crops.

The efficiency of the press reaches up to 12 liters per hour of finished products.

Oil production process:

The raw material is placed in the hopper and passes through the valve to the screw.

The screw crushes the grain and transfers it to the pressure chamber, which consists of a cylinder with holes, a screw shaft generating pressure, a pressure cone and an adjustment nut.

The cake is removed through a slot in the cap, the oil is removed through holes in the chamber cylinder.

Advantages of cold-pressed sunflower oil:

• Vitamins, fatty acids, substances containing phosphorus and other biologically active ingredients.
• Pleasant smell and taste.
• Long shelf life. Unlike hot pressing, the finished oil does not become cloudy after a long time and does not acquire a rancid taste when spoiled.
• In the case of cold pressing, a useful residual product (expeller) remains, which, after additional processing, is used as meal for animals, birds and fish.

Features of the oil press:

1. The engine transmission speed is achieved through a special gearbox that ensures maintaining the necessary rotational frequency of the working shaft.
2. As a result of processing, vegetable oil escapes through special holes in the working part. To ensure oil splashing, a special metal gutter is installed on the body of the screw part of the "PO-50" model.
3. For loading oil seeds, the design of the olive press provides a loading hopper.
4. Seed feeding is regulated using a metal impactor placed between the loading hopper and the working chamber of the device.
5. The output of processed raw materials takes place through a die placed on the working part of the device. It can be easily dismantled when maintaining the auger parts after finishing work.
