Screw press for pressing oil PO-50 (220/380V)

The PO-50 domestic oil press is designed to extract oil from oilseeds. It is ideal for extracting oil from sunflower, flax, rapeseed, sesame, pumpkin and other oilseeds. The device is characterized by low energy consumption and can be used for domestic purposes.

The output of the finished product reaches 6 liters per hour. The electric motor is powered by a frequency converter, which also draws power from a standard 220V single-phase network. The important feature is that the frequency converter produces 3x220 three-phase voltage and the input is single-phase 220V. As a result, even users who only have a single-phase network at home can run the electric motor of the PO-50 oil press in full three-phase mode with a voltage of 220 V, with the rated power of the motor being used as efficiently as possible. Thus, the PO-50 oil press is powered by a three-phase electric motor and can be fully operated by simply connecting it to a single-phase mains supply.

Oil pressing process:

The raw material is placed in the tank and enters the auger through the valve.

The auger crushes the grain and transfers it to the baling chamber, which consists of a perforated cylinder, a pressure auger shaft, a pressure cone and an adjustment nut.

The dough comes out of the groove in the cap and the oil comes out of the hole in the chamber cylinder.

Features of the oil press:

The rotational speed of the electric motor is achieved by a special reducer that maintains the necessary rotational speed of the working shaft.

As a result of the process, vegetable oil flows out through a special hole in the working part. To ensure oil dispersion, the body of the screw section of the model is equipped with a special metal tray.

For the feeding of oilseeds, the olive press is equipped with a hopper.

Seed feeding is regulated by a metal tamper placed between the hopper and the working chamber of the machine.

The processed material is discharged through the die in the working part of the machine. When work is finished, it can be easily removed for maintenance of the auger section.
