The SA-800 + aerodynamic dryer from "LeTGroup" is an innovative device designed for effective drying of small fractions of wood waste in a stream of hot air. Thanks to its solid construction made of high-quality steel, the device ensures long-term operation without the risk of burning the walls of the air ducts, which makes it an irreplaceable element in industrial processes. The source of air heating in the dryer is the PN-350 pellet burner.

This dryer works perfectly in combination with the MLG 1000 DUO and MLG 1500 DUO pellet production lines, ensuring effective and efficient operation.

The most important features of the SA-800+ dryer:

• Capacity up to 800 kg/h: The dryer allows for quick and efficient processing of raw materials such as sawdust, straw, peat or seed husks.
• Modular design: The device consists of separate modules, which facilitates transport and assembly in any place.
• Solid heat source: The set includes a solid fuel furnace, which should be lined with fireclay bricks from the inside, providing excellent thermal insulation and resistance to high temperatures.

Stages of operation of the SA-800+ aerodynamic dryer:

• The raw material, with a capacity of up to 1 m³, is loaded into the hopper.
• Hot air, called the "drying agent", is introduced into the pipeline system.
• Sawdust, carried by the hot air stream, moves through the dryer pipelines.
• Under the influence of high temperature, moisture from the surface of the raw material evaporates, and the internal moisture migrates to the outside, which effectively reduces the water content in the material.
• Thanks to precisely controlled temperature, the process takes place without the risk of spontaneous combustion of particles.

The end result is sawdust with ideal moisture, ready for pellet production. Fuel pellets can be used on farms, in plants with their own boiler room, in single-family houses, as well as in facilities such as baths and saunas.

The SA-800+ aerodynamic dryer set includes:

• Furnace: High-quality furnace, covered with 700 fireclay bricks, ensuring stable and efficient air heating.
• PN-350 pellet burner: Equipped with a raw material feeding system (screw) and a control panel, it guarantees precise operation and fuel savings.
• KSM-600 Calibrator-Screw Feeder: A key element of the process, which is responsible for the initial processing of the raw material - cleaning of bark, wood waste and impurities, as well as its even feeding to the dryer pipelines.
• Pipeline system: Place of the actual drying process, in which the raw material is transported in a stream of hot air.
• Radial fans: Two efficient fans ensuring an even flow of hot air and transport of the raw material through the pipelines.
• Cyclones: Two high-performance cyclones for separating solid particles and cleaning gases.
• Control panel: Modern control cabinet, enabling automatic and remote control of the device's operation and supervision of its mechanisms and electric drives.
