Granulation line MLG-1500 DUO 78 kW

Equipment for the production of pellets and compound feed MLG-1500 DUO from the LabEcoTech company, based on two GRAND-400 granulators, is designed for the production of granules from 2 mm to 8 mm from various types of raw materials. The pelleting line is capable of serving as equipment for the production of pellets and compound feed, both at home and in business.

Such high performance indicators are achieved due to the simultaneous operation of two Grand-400 series ganulators, each of which is equipped with a 37 kW engine, a matrix with a diameter of 400 mm, movable rollers and a powerful gearbox with a belt drive. The correct operation of the granulators is ensured by the individual control of the feed to the granulator. This aspect is the responsibility of the SHTZ-200 series precision feed twin auger, which has two auger conveyors, each of which is equipped with an individual agitator that prevents the raw material from hanging in the hopper. Separate control of the revolutions of each screw mechanism from the control panel allows you to achieve maximum performance individually for each granulator.

The special shape of the receiving tray of the BKO-200 sifter allows receiving a granule from two granulators simultaneously for subsequent screening of non-granulated particles. The BKO-200 sifter also performs the function of pre-cooling the granules, which works thanks to the dust removal system. The role of the exhaust system is to remove air with dust particles from the granulation zone and sifter into special bags and return the purified air through filters to the environment.

This unit consumes 1.5 kW of electricity, has a smooth regulation of the feed rate of raw materials using frequency converters.

Two reliable GRAND-400 pellet mills:

One GRAND-400 granulator can easily cope with various types of raw materials with a capacity of up to 450 kg / hour for pellets, and up to 700 kg / hour for mixed feed. And you already have two of them!

Calibrator-cooler of finished granules BKO-200:

This unit performs the function of additional cooling of the product, since that, in turn, heats up during pressing. Also, this equipment will screen out dust and uneven granules using a special drum. This node consumes 0.12 kW.

Closed exhaust system VP-2:

This apparatus, with the help of its fan, circulates the air necessary for cooling the granules and collecting the calibrated residues of raw materials and dust in containers in the form of bags that are installed on it. Power consumption 1.5 kW.

Granulation line control panel:

You control two feeds and granulators separately with one control panel. Small dimensions and built-in cooling system of the automation makes the control panel reliable and convenient for installation next to the production line.

The MLG-1500 DUO line is capable of granulating various types of raw materials:
