• Screw conveyor MTZ-200  – ensures even raw material feeding, power 0,75 kW, capacity 0,2 m³.
• Granulator GRAND-200 PRO – the core of the system, 15 kW/1500 rpm motor, capacity up to 220 kg/h.
• Calibrator-cooler BKO-100 – 0.12 kW, designed for screening, removing excess dust, and pre-cooling the granules.
• Extraction system VP-2 – 1.5 kW, removes dust and light fractions.
• Moisture control system – regulates the material's humidity for optimal granulation.
• Control panel – provides full control over the production process.

Belt conveyor TL-500 – 0.25 kW, not included.

Granulator GRAND-200 PRO – The Key Component of the Line

The GRAND-200 PRO is an advanced granulator designed based on numerous tests and technological innovations. Its powerful 15 kW motor and 148 mm rollers ensure reliable operation and stable output exceeding 200 kg/h. The standard unit is equipped with a 216 mm die, with selectable hole sizes of 6 mm or 8 mm, adapted to different raw materials.

Applications:

• Wood sawdust granulation (both coniferous and deciduous) – up to 220 kg/h.
• Straw pellet production (fine fraction) – up to 220 kg/h.
• Sunflower husk pellet production – up to 220 kg/h.

Thanks to the high pressure generated by the GRAND-200 PRO, it efficiently compresses both resin-rich coniferous sawdust and more challenging materials like deciduous sawdust and straw.
