The MPO-150 small industrial oil pressing line is a modern, fully automated system designed for the industrial production of vegetable oils using the cold-pressing method. • Flexible screw feeder PS-6 – Equipped with a frequency converter; enables convenient feeding of loose or container-stored material.
• Seed calibrator KZ-500 – Removes stones, metal, dust, sand, stems, and other contaminants; also sorts seeds by size.
• Belt conveyor TL-1000 – Automated feeding of the material to the dehuller.
• Dehuller LS-500 – Separates kernels from hulls, performs preliminary cleaning, and prepares the material for pressing.
• Belt conveyor TLK-2 – Transfers cleaned, dehulled seeds to the next stage of processing.
• Screw oil press GARMET-150 – The core of the system; cold pressing, high efficiency, clean oil with stable parameters.
• Dust extractor VP-4 – Removes dust and light fractions, increases plant cleanliness, and allows further use of residues (e.g. pellet production).

Oil Production Process – From Seed to Final Product

• Raw material enters the feeder and then the press.
• The screw crushes and moves the seeds into the pressing chamber.
• Oil flows through openings in the cylinder, while oilcake is discharged automatically.
• The resulting oil is clean, clear, and retains maximum nutritional value.
