MH-1000 pallet wrapper

The MH-1000 pallet packing machine is a multifunctional, semi-automatic pallet packing machine with an automatic work cycle, designed for packing goods on pallets in stretch film. The film tension in this pallet wrapper is performed by a trolley with an adjustable mechanical disc brake.

A convenient (W)-shaped cutout in the platform allowing the entry of a trolley with cargo allows you to simplify the process of loading and unloading the pallet and save on the purchase of an access ramp.

Pallet packaging machines are widely used to automate the rotation of products mounted on pallets with stretch foil. This technique is used in warehouses, production and logistics centers.

Automatic operating mode of the pallet wrapper

In the automatic operating mode of the MH-1000 pallet wrapper, you can select one of 3 wrapping programs:

1. Bi-directional winding (up-down)
2. Two-way winding (top-bottom) with a break to cover the top of the pallet
3. Unidirectional winding (up only)
