MH-2000 pallet wrapper

The MH-2000 pallet packing machine is a multifunctional, semi-automatic pallet packing machine with an automatic work cycle, designed for packing goods on pallets in stretch film. The film tension in this pallet wrapper is performed by a trolley with an adjustable mechanical disc brake.

Pallet packaging machines are widely used to automate the rotation of products mounted on pallets with stretch foil. This technique is used in warehouses, production and logistics centers.

Automatic operating mode of the pallet wrapper

In the automatic operating mode of the MH-2000 pallet wrapper, you can select one of 3 wrapping programs:

1. Bi-directional winding (up-down)
2. Two-way winding (top-bottom) with a break to cover the top of the pallet
3. Unidirectional winding (up only)

Advantages of the MH-2000 pallet packer:

• The pallet wrapper can be operated both in manual mode and in automatic mode according to a given program;
• Automatic determination of the height of the pallet by a photo sensor;
• Soft start and stop of the rotary platform. The function is useful for unstable, wobbly cargo on a pallet;
• The possibility of smoothly adjusting the rotation speed of the rotary platform;
• Stopping the rotary platform in the given position (positioning). It is very convenient for speeding up the removal of finished pallets;
• Reliable and durable chain drives for the movement of the rotary platform and carriage;
• Quick and easy replacement of a roll with stretch film without changing the tension settings thanks to the design of the carriage;
• The pallet packer is powered by a conventional single-phase network;
• An additional option is a ramp for convenient access to the warehouse equipment pallet wrapper.
