Pellet / granulation production line MLG-1000 DUO Complete + SA-600

The device for the production of pellets and feed mixtures MLG-1000 DUO Complete is based on two GRAND-300 granulators and is designed for the production of pellets from 2 mm to 8 mm from various types of raw materials. The proposed equipment differs from the granulation line of the MLG-1000 Combi series in that it has two powerful presses that process twice as much raw material. The granulation line is capable of producing pellets and compound feed both at home and in the company.

Aerodynamic Sawdust Dryer SA-600:

The equipment is a wind tunnel in which a stream of hot air circulates. The heat source is a connected solid fuel boiler. The device generates a temperature in the range of 120-150 ° C, which excludes its ignition. The receiving power of the complex is 9.6 kW.

MTZ-200 DUO screw feeder for uniform supply of raw materials:

This unit consumes 1.5 kW of electricity, has a smooth regulation of the speed of feeding raw materials using frequency converters.

Two reliable GRAND-300 granulation presses:

One GRAND-300 granulator can easily handle various types of raw materials with a capacity of up to 600-650 kg/h in the production of pellets and up to 1400 kg/h in the production of compound feed. Similarly, different motors will be installed for different types of raw materials: for compound feed - 30 kW, and for pellets - 22 kW. And you will have two of them!

BKO-200 finished granulate calibrator-cooler:

This device performs the function of additional cooling of the product, which is usually heated during its pressing. Also this equipment sifts dust and uneven granules with a special drum. This node consumes 0.12 kW.

VP-4 closed exhaust system:

This device, by means of its fan, ensures the circulation of air necessary to cool the granulate and collects calibrated residues of raw materials and dust in a capacity in the form of bags that are installed on it. The applied power is 4 kW.

Granulation line control panel:

You will be able to control the two feeders and granulators separately with just one remote control. Compact dimensions and built-in automatic cooling system ensure reliability and manageability when installed on the production line.
