Granulation line / MLG-1000 MAX 40 kW

The MLG-1000 MAX granulation line is a variant of the MLG series. This configuration differs slightly from its COMBI / COMBI+ / MAX+ counterpart in that it is equipped with a horizontal WR feed mixer. Raw materials are fed to the GRAND-300 press granulator using a frequency converter, which enables control of the raw material feeding into the granulator's hopper.

Horizontal WR feed mixer:

It is intended for the preparation of highly concentrated mixtures, feeds and other loose products with high uniformity of mixed ingredients up to 95%.

Humidification system:

The main elements of the humidification system are: a solenoid valve, a pump, a water tank with a capacity of 200 l, and a time relay. This system is connected to a screw feeding the raw material, which allows for timely transfer of the biomass to the granulator in order to add the necessary, dosed amount of moisture. The power consumed is 0.37 kW.

Reliable GRAND - 300 press granulator:

The granulation press is designed for granulating: sawdust, feed mixtures, sunflower waste, hay, straw and many others.

BKO-200 calibrator-cooler for ready-made granules:

This device performs the function of pre-cooling the product because it also heats up during ironing. Moreover, this equipment uses a special drum to filter out dust and uneven granules. Power consumption 0.12 kW.

VP-2 extraction system:

This device uses a fan to ensure the air circulation necessary to cool the granulate and collect calibrated raw material residues and dust in the tank in the form of bags that are installed on it. Power 1.5 kW.

Granulation line control panel:

Small dimensions and a built-in automation cooling system make the unit reliable and convenient when installed near the production line.
