Pellet / granulation production line MLG-500 COMBI + 14 kW

The MLG-500 COMBI + granulation line is based on the GRAND-200 granulator and is designed for the production of granules ranging in size from 2 mm to 8 mm from different types of raw materials. The line can be used for the production of pellets and animal feed for both domestic and commercial use. The MLG-500 COMBI + granulation line is equipped with the following equipment:

Screw feeder-calibration KSM-400 for uniform supply of raw materials:

This unit consumes 0.75 kW of electricity, and the feed rate of raw materials can be smoothly adjusted using a frequency converter.

Humidification block:

The humidification system consists of a solenoid valve, a pump, a 200 liter water tank and a time switch. The system is connected to the feed screw, so the required amount of water can be added to the granulator as the biomass moves into the granulator. Power consumption is 0.37 kW.

Reliable granulator GRAND-200:

A steel matrix with a diameter of 216 mm and rollers, when properly actuated, press the raw material into granules. Capacity approx. 100-150 kg/h for pellets and 200-400 kg/h for feed.

Calibrator/cooler BKO-100 for finished granules:

This device serves to pre-cool the product, as it also heats up during pressing. The device uses a special drum to remove dust and uneven granules. The power consumption of the device is 0.12 kW.

Closes the exhaust system OP-2:

This device, by means of its fan, circulates the air necessary to cool the granules and collects the remnants of the calibration and the dust of the raw materials in a container in the form of bags placed above it. The power is 1.5 kW.

Pelleting line control panel:

Small in size for automation and built-in cooling system, the control panel is reliable and convenient to install next to the production line.

The line can be used as an independent production or be equipped with additional equipment for more automated production of pellets and animal feed.

The following devices can be added to the MLG-500 COMBI + granulation line:

TL-500 (belt conveyor), the main task of which is the supply and cooling of raw materials; 

TL-1000 (belt conveyor), the main tasks of which are the supply and cooling of raw materials; 

DR-500 (rotary grinder), the main task of which is the grinding of raw materials to the required amount; 

CA-400 (Aerodynamic Calibration Dryer): The main task is to calibrate and dry raw materials.
