Screw conveyor / calibrator KSM-600

The KSM-600 precision loading auger supplies material to pellet presses and other equipment continuously and without problems. The volume of the hopper of this auger is 0.6 m3. This screw conveyor is equipped with a frequency converter to adjust the speed of the motor, which allows you to adjust the material feed rate according to your needs. The screw conveyor is additionally equipped for sieving (calibrating) the material before feeding it to the granulator. The sieving mechanism is equipped with a vibration motor for easy control. The sieving mechanism is installed on a vibration-damping support. This mechanism eliminates unnecessary movements during the feeding of raw materials into the screening machine. It remains only to place the raw materials on the sieve. Under the action of high-frequency vibration, the material passes through the mesh and is effectively sifted into the main hopper. Particles of raw materials exceeding the size of the cell do not enter the hopper, but are screened out by an inclined mechanism. The screw conveyor KSM-600 is not only part of the equipment for the production of pellets and compound feed, but is also used as an additional node in the aerodynamic drying unit SA-600.
