Characteristic:

●The capacity of the hopper has been increased to 1.5 m3 to ensure a complete unloading of the compound feed from the mixer by 1.5 m3. This allowed to ensure uninterrupted operation of the power line.

●The vibration motor, which was necessary to prevent some raw materials from freezing, has been removed. In the new screw feeder, the shape of the hopper and the enlarged mixer ensure complete unloading.

●The new screw feeder can be transported in light commercial vehicles (Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, Volkswagen Crafter). Many customers can pick up the equipment with their own transport, as there is no need to transport it with a large truck.

●It is also possible to attach a second neck. If the customer decides to increase the capacity of the line, an additional threaded neck with a capacity of 1.5 m3 and a second granulator are sufficient. The overlay can be easily installed by yourself or with the help of a designer.

●Models with 1.5m3 dosing auger are recommended for use with 22kW and 37kW granulators. They are ideal for customers producing pellets for wholesale.
