Double-head screw feeder MT-1500

The double head dosing screw is designed for the most productive pelletizing lines with two pelletizers working simultaneously. Fine metering augers can be purchased as basic equipment or ordered from the manufacturer. Double head screws can be supplied to corporations or individuals both at home and abroad.

Features of double-headed augers:

It has two feed mouths and works with two granulators.

●This option takes up more space than when using two separate screws, since the feed of the mixture of raw materials and sawdust is simplified and can be controlled from a single control panel;

Expansion of the loading bunker by 3.0 m3.

●The tanks can be filled with a forklift without the need for manual loading. This automation reduces the leakage of raw materials and speeds up loading operations;

Improved tilt block.

●Due to the conical shape of the hopper, all raw materials fall to the bottom of the hopper and onto the agitator, from where it is directed to the loading auger. The mixer is equipped with two counter-rotating belt agitators that collect all the raw materials in the center of the hopper.
