The screw conveyor is suitable for use in feed and fuel mills in large and medium pelletizing lines. The device is characterized by a low noise level and low energy consumption.

Accurate characteristics of the filling auger:

✔Reinforced welded tanks with a capacity of 0.6 m3 can be loaded upwards. If necessary, the lid can be fitted or the sides can be lifted to increase the capacity to 1 m3.

✔The horizontal single belt agitator in the tank acts as a mixer for the raw material and prevents the formation of air bubbles. This ensures the movement of feed and dust through the hopper to the discharge opening.

✔The vertical inlet auger is at a 45° angle and is speed adjustable. The muzzle velocity is precisely matched to the characteristics of the pellet machine. The 0.55 kW motor gearbox is also equipped with a cooling fan.

✔Neodymium magnets capture small metal scraps and spilled objects.
