Universal shredder DR-250 is an efficient and functional machine designed for shredding hay, grass, straw, and grain. It is an indispensable solution for farms, livestock operations, and facilities involved in feed preparation and pellet production. The machine enables fast preparation of raw materials for further processing, significantly improving daily operational efficiency.
The DR-250 universal shredder is available in two power supply versions:
- DR-250 with single-phase motor (220 V), 4 kW – 5,400 PLN
- DR-250 with three-phase motor (380 V), 4 kW – 5,100 PLN
Both versions are equipped with a 3000 rpm motor, ensuring stable operation, high performance, and reliable daily use.
The machine is suitable both for the production of complete feed mixtures and for preparing material for pelletizing and mulching. The shredded material is characterized by a uniform particle size and high quality, which results in better feed utilization by animals.
The DR-250 shredder consists of the following components:
- raw material feeding hopper;
- conical hopper for grain feeding;
- sieve with 5 mm openings (optional alternative mesh sizes available);
- electric motor 4 kW, 3000 rpm, power supply 220 V or 380 V;
- discharge tray designed for operation with two bags simultaneously.
