Weighing/packaging machine FC-75

The FC-75 weighing dispenser with a vibrating feeder is designed for weighing and loading dust-free bulk products into ready-made containers or packaging (bags, bags, boxes). It works in a semi-automatic mode, requiring the operator to install the container, give the command to start dosing and accept the filled container.

FC-75 weigher is ideal for packing fodder pellets and pellets that exclude dust (flour, powdered sugar, pepper). The dispenser can arbitrarily change the amount of packaged product (from 150 g to 40 kg) to ensure the most accurate dosage.

How it works?

The operator starts the packing process by pressing the "Start" button on the control panel. The machine starts weighing the first portion. The empty bag is placed under the funnel and the weighed portion is dispensed into the bag by pressing the pedal. When the portion is finished, the machine starts weighing the next portion. The control system counts the packed portions and shows their number on the LED display.
