The principle of operation of the line is based on a long passage of granules through a cooling tank. When the pellets enter the filled BO-2500 Cooling Hopper, the Operator fills the bag, but the pellets are transferred to the bottom of the hopper. As the granules pass along the trajectory from the upper end of the charging cooler, they are constantly blown in by the surrounding air, which enters the backfill through a special grid in the lower part of the cooler and is removed from the hopper through the nozzle of the upper cover using an exhaust system with a special dust removal device. range. Dust and air filters. The air intake through the lower part of the hopper is ensured by the presence of a special air lock in the upper part of the hopper, through which a new cupcake enters the hopper, but at the same time the air flow through the entry point becomes impossible.

Once out of the hopper, the cooling pellets are sent onto a conveyor belt which loads the pellets into a large dispenser or FC-125+ for further packaging.
