Crusher 'Crusher-700 diesel' is used for crushing twigs, battens, knots and other wood chips into commercial cod sized 5-45 mm, which can be used for further pellet production. The grinder has a loading entrance 210 mm wide and 160 mm high. The performance of the grinder is up to 10 m3 / h, but its performance directly depends on the quality of the preparation of raw materials and the number of personnel involved in the work. This model is equipped with a hydraulic shaft tightening system, which greatly facilitates the processing of wood of different diameters and lengths. It should be noted that our wood chipper is equipped with two feed rollers, hydraulically driven by an internal pump, which can be stopped and reversed. In addition, the wood chipper is equipped with a speed controller for the pinch rollers, an oil filter and a pressure gauge, which indicates the need to replace the filter. The wood chipper "Crusher 700" can also change the direction of the flow of chips by 360 degrees. At the request of the customer, an unloading hopper increased to 2.5 m can be manufactured. Tool steel 9XC is used for the manufacture of knives of the chipping machine. The crusher 700 is driven by a 22 kW/1000 rpm electric motor. It is also possible to manufacture this crusher from GDP (from 50 hp); the hydraulic drive for VVP versions is integrated into the hydraulic system of the tractor. One of the main advantages of our shredder compared to many competitors is the belt drive, which provides two main advantages

1) It protects the wood chipper from wedges (metal, stones, etc.) that could cause the belt to slip.

2) Competitors set their wood chippers at 1000 rpm in a straight line while we set the motor at 3000 rpm and slow it down to 1000 rpm on the pulleys; by slowing it down from 3000 rpm to 1000 rpm, we increase the power (gearbox principle) applied to the chopper blade. The power applied to the chopping blade increases as it slows down from 3000 rpm to 1000 rpm.
