The Crusher-700 is an efficient machine designed for shredding branches, slats, knots and other wood waste into wood chips with a fraction of 5–45 mm. The resulting material can be used as raw material for further pellet production or for other biomass processing applications.
The machine is equipped with a 30 HP diesel engine, allowing it to operate independently of access to electrical power. The Crusher-700 is suitable for use on farms and in wood-processing facilities, as well as directly in the field.

Construction and Feeding System
The Crusher-700 features a 210 × 160 mm feed opening, allowing convenient feeding of prepared material. The raw material is fed evenly by two hydraulically driven rollers, whose speed can be adjusted depending on the type and characteristics of the processed wood.
The feeding system is also equipped with an oil filter and pressure gauge, allowing the operator to monitor the system and identify when the filter needs to be replaced.
The belt drive ensures efficient transmission of power from the engine to the cutting shaft while also providing additional protection for the drive system in the event of sudden overload or blockage of the working unit.
Applications
The Crusher-700 is primarily designed for shredding:
- branches and tree limbs,
- slats and wooden components,
- knots,
- sawmill waste,
- other wood materials suitable for shredding.
The resulting wood chips can be directed to further processing, including pellet production lines and other biomass processing applications.
Upon request, the machine can be equipped with an enlarged discharge chute with a height of up to 2.5 m, facilitating direct discharge of shredded material into larger trailers, containers or other receiving equipment.
The Crusher-700 combines an efficient shredding unit, a hydraulic feeding system and an independent internal combustion engine, providing a practical solution for preparing wood raw material for further processing.
