Wood chipping complex KRD-1000

Shown here is the KKD-1000 wood chipper. The complex consists of a complete set of equipment for the production of sawdust from wood chips suitable for granulation. First, the chips are fed into a powerful 22 kW crusher, Crusher-700, where they are crushed into chips and fed into a storage bin mounted on a 22 kW hammer mill, Chopper-500. This crusher is equipped with a 12 mm mesh screen. Large crushing is carried out in this crusher, and a pneumatic ejector feeds the raw material to a second Chopper with a capacity of 6 mm. From this crusher, the raw material is discharged through a cyclone and can be used for granulation.

 The benefits of these installations include:

✔Easy replacement of parts and components; 

✔High performance;

✔Possibility of fine grinding;

Technical disadvantages include:

✘Cannot be used to grind high-viscosity and strong materials;

✘Wet materials cannot be crushed.
