✔The construction is made of thick metal. The base is an I-beam with a diameter of 18 mm. Total weight 225-280 kg.

✔Two handwheels weighing 42 kg each provide high kinetic energy and an impact force of 12 t.

✔The teeth of the chipper are open and in combination with special steel and hardening, they can crush 500 cubic meters of wood. If they break ahead of time, they will be replaced free of charge.

✔The tooth profile of the splint is original, selected on the basis of the experience of dozens of users over several years. Special steel is purchased and heat treated. The warranty is 500cc.

✔Rail speed is limited for user safety. However, the impact occurs once every 1.5 seconds.

✔All bearings are mounted in a heavy-duty, hardened housing. This makes the bearings more durable.

Design solutions have been used to easily split different types of wood, from acacia to knotty oak and hornbeam.

✔With minimal maintenance (lube rails three times per shift and check play once a week), the machine has been running for hundreds of customers every day since 2013.
