Thanks to precise cleaning, the seed material becomes more uniform and better prepared for further processing and sowing.
The calibrator is equipped with a three-stage screening system and 3 interchangeable sieves with different mesh sizes, allowing the machine to be adjusted according to the type of crop and the required material fraction.
The separation system operates in stages:
- the upper sieve removes larger impurities,
- the middle sieve separates larger seeds,
- the lower sieve removes fine particles and remaining contaminants.
The calibrator significantly improves seed quality, resulting in better germination rates, improved crop development, and increased yields. The machine is suitable for both small farms and medium-sized enterprises involved in seed preparation.
