What to do, if:
The ordered product is defective.
- In this case, you should report the damage first to the representative of the courier company and then to our manager, provided that the opening of the package and the integrity check were carried out in the presence of a representative of (DHL/Poczta Polska or another courier company).

Purchased items after some time stopped working.
- If the warranty for the goods has not expired, we will repair or replace them at no additional charge.
- Please contact our complaints department before sending defective goods.
- If the warranty has expired, we deliver the devices to the service center for repair.
- We only sell high-quality products that have the necessary quality certificates!
Warranty agreements:

- 1. The Warranty is valid from the date of sale of the goods.
- 2. If the goods are damaged through no fault of the buyer during the warranty period, the seller is obliged to repair or replace the defective goods at no additional charge.
- 3. Warranty repairs and service will be performed within 30 working days of presentation of this warranty. The warranty period will be extended by the duration of the repair.
- 4. The Company shall not be liable for warranty claims in the following cases: Mechanical, thermal, chemical or other damage to the goods; Equipment failure due to non-compliance ; Self-repair or modernization of equipment.

- 5. This warranty does not cover consumables and other parts whose service life is limited.
- 6. During the repair period, new equipment for use will not be issued.
- 7. The Right to warranty does not include the buyer's right to claim lost profits due to equipment failure.
- 8. The buyer is obliged to deliver the defective goods to the seller at his own expense.
