MLG-500 pellet production line in 3D
The raw material is fed on the TLK-2 belt conveyor, where it is cleaned of large impurities, after which the drying calibrator screens the sawdust before feeding it to the aerodynamic drying pipeline. The screened sawdust entering the hot air pipeline is dried. The mixture is moved by air through the fan, entering the cyclone, the mixture is separated, smoke exits through the chimney, and dry sawdust is fed into the screw feeder. The screw feeds the raw material to the granulator, where it is pressed into the matrix by turning the rollers, and then the granulate is formed.
From the granulator, the pellets go to the calibrator-cooler, where small parts and dust are collected by a closed cyclone system, and the granules are fed to a conveyor with additional cooling, and the cooled ones are poured into a big-bag.
