GRAND series automatic roller lubrication system
Roller bearing lubrication system that does not require the granulator to stop. Just connect the grease gun to a special movable adapter that will supply grease to the bearings of each roller. Now there is no need to stop the granulator, saving time and optimizing work. The lubrication system is designed for granulators of the GRAND series: 200 / 300 / 400. The specialists of our plant strongly recommend purchasing a granulator with an already installed lubrication system.

Matrices for granulators
High-quality dies with outer diameters from 100 to 400 mm. Traditionally, dies can be divided into mobile and fixed, pellet and feed. Movable dies have an internal groove while fixed dies have an external one. Feed and pellet matrices differ in the depth and angle of countersinking (for comparison: the countersink is the conical part of the hole in the die).
